Earth Month at St. John’s

This Earth Month, we’re inviting everyone to pause, notice, and give thanks for the beauty of creation.

Throughout April, you’re invited to share a note of gratitude for something in nature—big or small—and add it to the Gratitude Jar in the Narthex.

How to participate:

  • Write a short note of gratitude for something in nature

  • Place it in the Gratitude Jar in the Narthex

  • Take a moment to read and reflect on others’ notes

Gratitude helps us pay attention, care more deeply, and stay connected to the world God has created.

In a time when it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, gratitude can be a quiet but powerful response—grounding us in hope and helping us notice what is good.

Look for the Gratitude Jar in the narthex. We hope you’ll take part this month—and we look forward to what you share.

This invitation is part of the work of St. John’s Creation Care Team.
