Patio and stairs cleaning, patching, and painting. The work party project will take 4 to 5 weeks to complete. The work is divided into 7 phases:
 

1. Power wash the patio deck with circular scrubber.

2. Power wash the patio walls and stairs.

3. Tape out the St. John’s Episcopal Church letters.

4. Trowel concrete mix to the cracks.

5. Paint the patio walls with primer paint.

6. Paint the patio walls with finish surface with “dapper” rollers.

Everyone is invited to work on one or more work party jobs. Friends from Portsmouth and Madison Condo and our neighborhood are welcome to join in, too. Sign-up sheets for jobs and corresponding dates will be posted in the Narthex next week. Join us as we clean, repair, and refresh our patio and outdoor spaces.
