Starts & Beginnings

Understanding Anglicanism from its ancient history and from our present-day observance of Advent.

A New Formation Course was held from November 4 through December 9th, 2020 


The Rev. Canon John Fergueson begins a six-week foundational formation series entitled, Starts and Beginnings: Understanding Anglicanism from its ancient history and from our present-day observance of Advent.   

The first three class sessions will explore and discuss the origins and early development of Christianity in the British Isles.  Beginning on November 25th, the last three classes will explore and discuss the themes, meaning and practices of the liturgical season of Advent.  All six Wednesday class sessions (November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd and 9th will begin on Zoom at 7:00pm and conclude at 8:15 pm with Compline.
