St. John's Kirkland

The Lay Weeders will start meeting on the first Saturday of the month, starting on Saturday, April 2nd from 10:00-12:00, to weed the labyrinth area, church office strip and the area by the wrought-iron fence, so that our church looks attractive and loved to church visitors and to foot and car traffic on State Street.  If it is raining on the first Saturday of the month, we will meet on the second, third or fourth Saturday of the month, with advance notice.  Please email us here if you have any questions or are interested in joining us. Or, you can just show up the first non-raining Saturday of the month!

 

If you would like to join this ministry of fellowship and light gardening; tools, gloves and kneelers are provided, as well as refreshments to keep up our energy.  Please join us - we want our church to look attractive this spring, especially with Easter coming in mid-April! And please feel free to join us once in awhile, if you can’t commit to this monthly. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
