In the St. John’s nursery, we are building a foundation for a child’s life in the church and walk with the Lord. We believe that it is crucial to get children off to the right start in the church, and that overriding value is the focus of our efforts with the children in the nursery. We want children to enjoy coming to the nursery because we offer them a safe, caring environment that is interesting and fun.
Our goals for the nursery are:
· To provide a nurturing environment that will help build a strong foundation for a child’s life in the church and his/her walk with Christ.
· To provide a safe, happy place for parents to leave their child while participating in other ministries within the church.
· To minister through Christ to families with young children.
The nursery is available for children birth to 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and during special services throughout the year. Parents are an important part of this ministry and are asked to volunteer their time to help in the nursery. For more information please contact our church office at 425-827-3077.
